- Expert in commercial and corporate law, with experience in extraordinary transactions, legal due diligence, company disposals, foreign investment projects, banking law, litigation, contract law and bankruptcy law. Member and Chairman of arbitration proceedings and special receiver of companies pursuant to art. 78 of the Court of Civil Proceedings.
- Speaker at conferences and webinars on corporate and service matters also at institutional venues. Assistant professor of private law at the University of Milan under Prof. Carlo Rimini, and professor of commercial law at the SDA – School of Business Management at the Bocconi University of Milan.
