Annual financial statements and accounting advisory

Preparation of ordinary, simplified, abbreviated and consolidated annual financial statements according to Italian GAAP, complete with explanatory notes and management report (where applicable), bilingual for Clients of multinational groups;
Preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), complete with explanatory notes and management report, bilingual for Clients of multinational groups;
Assistance and support in the conversion of financial statements from National Accounting Standards (OIC) to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) – first time adoption;
Preparation of IFRS accounting manual and IFRS reporting package forms for subsequent consolidation, including the information required for financial statement disclosure;
Assistance in the application of National and International Accounting Standards (IFRS/US GAAP) of an ordinary and ‘complex accounting’ nature (business combinations, joint arrangements, financial intruments, etc.);
Implementation and subsequent application of new National (OIC) or International (IFRS/US GAAP) Accounting Standards).
Preparation of financial statements for nonprofit and Third Sector entities pursuant to Article 13 paragraph 1 of the Third Sector Code in accordance with accounting standard OIC 35, with support for the preparation of the mission report.
